Making an order is very simple:

• Add to the cart items you’d like to order
• Proceed to checkout. At this point you’ll be asked to provide your contact and shipping information. We will ask you to do the payment later, once we confirm your order
• Submit your order. We have just received it and started working on it. We’re contacting you to confirm all the details: items in the order, shipping terms and fees
• We issue and send you an invoice (all necessary banking details and guidance to help you to arrange the payment are sent to you as well). Make the payment
• We prepare and send your order

Payment for an order has to be made offline. Just after confirming an order we issue and send you an invoice with all necessary details needed to make money bank transfer (also we send you a short guidance to help to arrange the payment). If the transfer is going to be made within Ukraine for you convenience use one of Privat24 and MonoBank apps or go for cross bank money transfer with requisites. When international order take place we ask our customers to use Wise payment service. Wise is a simple to use online service for international p2p money transfers (bank account to bank account). Payment also can be done with direct SWIFT/SEPA bank transfer or Western Union money transfer.

You can return goods you bought from us within 14 days from the day of receiving your order and get a full refund if items were not damaged. The only exception is when goods were damaged during transportation, you are also allowed to return and get a full refund in this case, but you have to inform us on the issue on the day of receiving the package. Once we receive your order back we do the money transfer the same day. There are no other requirements you need to follow to get a refund, but please be aware that we do refund money for the items you ordered, but not the shipping fees which were charged by post service.

Within Kyiv and Ukraine we ship orders with Nova Poshta post service. Usually it does not take longer than 1-3 days to deliver a package and it costs about 75 UAH, but please refer to the latest Nova Poshta rates to get up to date information. We also ship orders all over the world with UkrPoshta which is state-owned post service in Ukraine. UkrPoshta cooperates with post services from most of the countries and have the lowest rates for the international shipping. Depending on direction delivery could take up to 14 days and extra shipping fee will be included into invoice (US – 25 USD; EU – 17 EUR). Our manager will provide to you all the details once order is placed.
